But here is Philip, used of God to grow the church, in the desert. What is constant about Philip is not his geography but his faithfulness to preach wherever he is: in the big city of Samaria (8:5), the desert (8:35), and the medium sized city of Azotus (Ashdod, 8:40). Lord may I be willing to go anywhere.
