Read 1 Cor. 10:1-15.
We are living in days when men are proving
unfaithful. But God IS faithful, even in
testing.
God's faithfulness in
temptation. 1 Cor. 10:13.
God faithfully obtains three purposes in our testings.
1. Chastening.
2. Strengthening.
3. Glory
for God.
God's faithfulness to His
Word. 1Th. 5:24; 2Ti. 2:13; Hb. 10:23.
Nothing is more sure than the Word of God. It is impossible for God to lie; He cannot
deny Himself (Hb. 6:18).
w He
is faithful in His promised blessings.
w He
is faithful in His promised judgments.
Heaven and earth shall pass away but MY WORD shall never
pass away.
God's faithfulness to His
people.
God, in his faithfulness, promises...
1. To
keep us from the evil one, 2 Thess. 3:3.
2. To
keep us in the midst of suffering, 1 Peter 4:19.
3. To
keep us from falling, Psalm 37:24.
4. To
keep us from being lost, John 10:27-29.
Great is Thy
faithfulness, O God my Father.
There is no shadow
of turning with Thee.
Thou changest not,
Thy compassions they fail not.
As Thou hast been
Thou forever wilt be.
Great is Thy
faithfulness.
Great is Thy
faithfulness.
Morning by morning
new mercies I see.
All I have needed
Thy hand hath provided.
Great is Thy
faithfulness Lord unto me.
Remember there is one who is faithful -- God is faithful!
