The Path to Dictatorship for the Antichrist

Read Revelation 13

While Adolph Hitler was not the antichrist he truly was an antichrist (1 John 2:28).  There is strong evidence of his Satanic connections (The Morning of the Magician, Lewis Powells, 1969; The Hollow Earth, Eric Norma, 1972).  Hitler immersed himself in occultism, allying himself with the forces of the hollow earth, the supposed place at the center of the earth where demons dwell (the Abyss of Rev. 9?).  He belonged to the Society of the Golden Dawn and practiced black magic.  One of his leading generals and advisors, Haushofer, was heavy into the occult, belonging to a Buddhist society that practiced the mission of death requiring a person, upon failure of their mission, to sacrifice a human on a Buddhist altar before committing suicide.  Haushofer was found dead before such an altar on which lay the body of his murdered wife.  Others of Hitler’s inner circle also belonged to the occult.  The swastika itself was an ancient magical sign from the Asian occult.

The Bible actually gives us the means used by the future Antichrist to achieve world domination.

·        By the healing of a deadly wound (Rev. 13:3,14).  This may be part of his use of deceitful signs, wonders and miracles (2 Thess. 2:9-12), a seeming resurrection of some sort.  This will gain him notoriety.

·        By establishing a cult of “emperor worship” (Rev. 13:4,8,12; cf. 2 Thess. 2:4; Dan. 11:36-38).  He will be aided by the false prophet who will proclaim his deity and require people to worship him by receiving his mark (the mark of the beast, 666).  

·        By deceitful negotiations (Dan. 8:25; 9:27; 1 Thess. 5:3).  He will seem to be a strong proponent for world peace and will even guarantee peace for Israel.  But at a strategic moment he will break his agreement with Israel and will bring unprecedented world war into her borders.

·        By military victories (Daniel 11:40-45; Rev. 6:2).  As the victorious rider on the white horse he will resort to his military might to accomplish the domination he seeks.

·        By making major changes in the world (Dan. 7:25).  He will seek to change the seasons and natural law (times and law) so as to control humanity.

·        And by controlling the world’s economic system (Rev. 13:16-18).  Thanks to man’s greed and selfishness this will get him major control over the world.  As we say in our day: just follow the money!

By speaking both of Hitler and the future world ruler we see that the tactics of Satan’s man will not be new methods.  The same potential to control people by the lust for money, pleasure and power is present in today’s world and believers are warned to flee and separate from such evil (2 Cor. 6:14-18; 1 Tim. 3:6-11; 2 Tim. 2:22).  The pursuit of Christ is always effective in avoiding Satan’s snares.
